We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Latex101. However, if you would like to return / exchange something, you can of course!
If you buy an item in the Peter Domenie boutique in Berlin or at one of our boots at a fair of event, you can return your item for shop credit. You will receive a personal voucher or code which you can use online.
If you have unexpectedly received the wrong or a defective item, please contact our customer service directly at [email protected]. We will then correct this immediately or in case of a defect item, we will replace it.
The following items are excluded from our return and exchange service for hygienic reasons:
• Underwear (jock straps, thongs, briefs).
• Items that have been worn or damaged.
• Items that smell like perfume, cigarette smoke, or body odor.
• Latex care products.
Other than the items mentioned above, returns or exchanges are possible up to 15 days after purchase and the process is very simple:
Step 1: Notify us by sending an email to [email protected] including your order number. If you would like to exchange your item for another item, then we can reserve the desired item for you.
Step 2: Fill in the Return Form you have received with your ordered items.
Indicate whether your shipment concerns a Return or an Exchange so that we can immediately process your request once we receive your item. Please include a "reason" why you want to exchange / return the item. We use this information to improve our collection and web shop.
Step 3: Re-package the item well so that it cannot be damaged during transport. Include the Return Form in the package. Please also include the original clothing tags/labels.
Step 4: Return your shipment with the Return Form to the following address:
